Didn't receive the best experience as my appointment got double-booked, then was late and then the technician forgot to put a top coat on my right-hand nails HOWEVER, she was absolutely lovely and rectified the problem free of charge when I came back and the actual finish on my nails was great. I would definitely give them another try purely for her care and attention.
