GO AT YOUR OWN PERIL
Where do I begin! I had infills which started to fall out by the next day! as I was going out I put some glue on to tide me over. I contacted them and explained and they told me to come in. However on arrival I was told they needed to remove the lashes completely and start over. Remover was left on my eyes and I said it was starting to sting - the lady put something else on my eye which burned my eye and caused excructiating pain. she had to led me to the sink to wash it out. after the pain subsided a bit she asked me to return the next day to sort the lashes out and I was sent on my way without an apology.
I returned the next day (simply because it was my birthday and I was going out) and thankfully the same beautician wasn't available so another lady did them. This was fine and when it was over I started to leave but was informed I had to pay, which I was extremely disappointed with given that they were correcting their own mistake and caused personal injury in the process. After a lengthy discussion with the manager by phone who refused to accept the above, I ended up paying £35 for a substandard treatment and injury. I emailed the manager to set out the details and provide pictures of my red, sore eye, which she ignored and then I had to go through Treatwell (who were amazing). Once they stepped in, a refund was provided.
I can safely say that I will never return.

Great treatment. Relaxing ad reassured by staff throughout as you have to spend a long time with your eyes closed but they made me as comfortable as possible. The effect was great afterwards and looks just as good 3 weeks later.
