the staff were nice although when I arrived she just took me to the room and closed the door. If i was having a wax for the first time this wasn't very professional as she didn't advise what to do (what items of clothes to take off, how to prepare and when she would come back). Could be very off-putting for a first experience.
the room was very small.
during the wax the lady was very friendly and made me feel at ease. it was good value for money and pleased with the results.
