It was my first HD brows treatement. Melissa was super nice and was describing what she was doing at each step. Couple of hairs was missed and bottom edges of both brows were not shaped identically, but the difference was very minimal and I noticed only after inspecting it at home. I didn't expect treatment to be done straight across the salon's entrance, perhaps it's just me being new to the place. Overall experience was ok and I am happy with results.

Though the salon was difficult to find, my whole experience there was amazing! My lashes took just over an hour and they look incredible. Everyone was friendly and competent. I would definitely go back
