Staff very friendly and welcoming, but I was a bit worried when they were talking loudly to each other whilst doing my delicate eye treatment. Having said that, the therapist was efficient and I was very pleased with the results, despite the fact she was flitting between myself and another client. Would go again, although the 'new customers only' through Treatwell, no card payments and weird PayPal system seem less than legit..

Omg my lashes are amazing had LVL at a few places but never had results like this before wow! Melissa is so friendly and knows what’s she’s doing I ended up getting HDbrows also which are again then best I’ve ever had! This place is a real little gem in the city centre I’ll definitely be going back!! Would highly
