Melissa was great! She explained every step of the LVL lashes and checked in with me frequently to make sure everything was going ok. She was really friendly and my lashes look really good.

Staff very friendly and welcoming, but I was a bit worried when they were talking loudly to each other whilst doing my delicate eye treatment. Having said that, the therapist was efficient and I was very pleased with the results, despite the fact she was flitting between myself and another client. Would go again, although the 'new customers only' through Treatwell, no card payments and weird PayPal system seem less than legit..
