I had lash extensions done on Friday. By Tuesday I had lost nearly every lash so I complained to the manager who told me to come in to have them replaced. When I returned, I told the lash artist that my lashes hadn’t been cleansed or primed the way they have been in every other salon over the last 7yrs of having lashes done. She handed me cheap baby wipes & told me that was their procedure! I refused to have them done again because it was going to be a waste of mine & her time yet again doing this. She was obviously very talented at what she does but bound by her manager’s cheap, money saving procedure.
I called the manager to ask for a refund and she was extremely rude. She told me that she had worked in thousands of salons over 15yrs and that I knew nothing about lash extensions!
I really should have known better going someone where it was so easy to get an appointment despite there being no availability elsewhere. The other reviews that mention talented staff but cheap, rubbish products were absolutely nail on the head. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Didn’t think I’d be able to get eyelashes done so last minute the ladies were so friendly and welcoming , and the salon is beautiful! Special thanks to Sara for doing my birthday lashes I love them couldn’t of asked for a better service, I’ve already rebooked looking forward to going back! Thanks again from Cristiana!
