This was hit and miss, because the staff were lovely and my manicure is decent, but the downstairs area where I had my nails done was grubby and didn't feel that professional. There were (hopefully false) nail clippings on the floor, the table didn't feel as though it had been wiped down, and the little wooden stick they used to clean up the varnish was filthy. They also did not trim my cuticles, and some of the filing is quite angular when I asked for them rounded. The manicure itself does look nice, but it didn't feel like the treat I hoped it would, so I will not return.

First time visiting here and Nam gave me the best set of nail extensions I have ever had! Exactly the shape and colour I asked for and was an absolute perfectionist.
