Lovely lady who did my eyelashes, did not get her name. This is the best result I have ever received. Plus so light does not even feel like I have them on... also an extra that she was able to do my nails... will definitely be back. Thank you xxx
The welcome I had from the staff on the ground floor was shocking!! Rude, abrupt and incredibly unprofessional!! It felt like it was run by a bunch of pre teenagers left on deserted island left to survive!! Staff running off to get food and eating it on the salon floor while customers had treatments, the smell was horrendous. Nobody smiles, they just snap at each other and the clients. No refreshments offered to anyone although they were all sorting themselves out!!
The actual treatment was completed by a lovely lady called Julie downstairs, a very different character from the rabble upstairs and really tried her best, hence the 2 stars rather than none, poor woman!! If I could go to her again I would, despite Working in a bearpit she was attentive and methodical and although didn’t use the best equipment, I could see it was all she’d been provided. The nails lasted 3 weeks so it was ok. I then tried to book again last night (17th May) through Treatwell and specifically chose her name. When the booking came through it was with someone called Kate so I tried to cancel immediately. I simply can’t have nails completed by potentially one of those girls I came across lady time if Julie’s not available, who knows what service And result I’d get!!! I then get a message to tell me that there were no refunds at this Salon!! I’ve reported this to the authorities and Treatwell as this is disgusting!! They want £30.00 for no booking and no treatment for an appointment that was booked on line and then cancelled shortly after?!?!? I can see why this place gets terrible views and seems to not respond to customer feedback online despite the reviews ??? There is a story there isn’t Lilly Nails & Beauty ???
