The staff were very friendly. However, the gel manicure itself was entirely too aggressive. They used hot acetone and a rotary tool to harshly file off my previous gel, making my nails very thin, rather than soaking off wrapped in foil and pushing back with a tool to prevent damage to the nail. The technician was also using very worn-down heavy grit files and dull clippers, which left the edges of my nails uneven. The polishing was well-done, and the technician was kind, but the salon would benefit from upgrading their tools and techniques.

I've had an LVL lash lift at three different salons in Manchester, and this one was by far the best! Melissa did an amazing job, using the smallest possible curling shields to turn my short, straight lashes into big fluttery butterflies! I'm so pleased with the results and will definitely be coming back for more.
Also a special shoutout must go to 12 year old Lilly (the salon's namesake) who charmed everyone and did an ultra-professional job manning the front desk. Yassss girl!
