Such a great manicure! I've never done dipping nails before but the quality was brilliant and I've had loads of compliments on them.
I've had my nails almost two weeks now and they still look brilliant - really impressed!

The staff were very friendly. However, the gel manicure itself was entirely too aggressive. They used hot acetone and a rotary tool to harshly file off my previous gel, making my nails very thin, rather than soaking off wrapped in foil and pushing back with a tool to prevent damage to the nail. The technician was also using very worn-down heavy grit files and dull clippers, which left the edges of my nails uneven. The polishing was well-done, and the technician was kind, but the salon would benefit from upgrading their tools and techniques.
