The staff are lovely. Especially the brunette girl who does LVL lashes. I ended up changing to the false lashes but it wasnt a problem and she made me feel at ease and called the owner to explain I wanted to change treatments. The only downside was the masking tape applied to your lower lashline. It is very painful when peeled off.
