Salon was clean and staff on the whole were friendly, however I felt that they lacked professionalism. Firstly I went for a patch test and the lady who did it seemed clueless, in fact I was asked "Do you think that this will be okay?". Having never been for any patch test before, being asked this by the supposed expert was concerning. Secondly, I was informed at 10pm the night before that there was no time slot available for the time which I had booked, despite booking and paying for it a month previously.
My first treatment, LVL lashes, I had never tried before, yet nobody consulted me / explained the procedure, or let me know what they were doing or applying throughout the hour. I was also not consulted about the colour of the tint which would be applied, meaning that the result was a very unnatural look for me due to having blonde hair and very dark lashes. Despite this, when wearing make up the lashes do look lovely and over 2 weeks later are lasting well.
My second treatment was an eyebrow wax and tint, however they did not have any tint to even carry out this treatment, nor did they help me to rearrange. I was told that they would call me to inform me of their availability for the next day, but this didn't happen. I did, however, have the eyebrow wax which was okay, but felt rushed and lacked precision.
Overall, not the best experience, but I would recommend LVL lashes as a treatment.
I had a wax by Jo and she was as lovely as ever. Made the experence as relaxed as possible and I was even laughing during my appointment which is rare for a wax! It only took 14 mins which was a dream for a wax even though there was only a little pain. With the wax they use you get minimum pain, this is the least painful wax I've ever had! I wouldn't go to anyone else. Had a cup of tea handed to me while I waited as well which is always appreciated. Definitely my new regular beauty place.

absolutely terrible. Do not go. I had someone else's hair on the table I was meant to lie on so I decided not to go through with it
