I booked a hollywood waxing online and arrived before my appointment, but was seen almost immediately. Very relaxed atmosphere in the salon and friendly helpful staff. Jo was great. The only things that could have been improved were that there was only a curtain for privacy, and therefore it would have been good to have been given a towel to cover up.
