First time getting a wax, felt quite nervous at first but Jo made me feel so confortable. Quick, professional and not as painfull as I thought!!
Eyebrows were shit!
Had nice full eyebrows before your employee took them all off and gave me anorexic eyebrows.

The staff were pleasant and the treatments were well done. We had to wait ages for the nails and the therapist broke off part way through to attend to another lady, however, as we were 30minutes late this may have been due to the salon accommodating us at the later time - it wasn’t really clear. The reason that I will never use this website again and will not return is that the prices were clearly marked outside - £35 for eyelashes and £15 for nails. Treatwell/last minute charged us £45 for eyelashes and £19.50 for nails - a total of £14.50 extra on top of what should have been the £50 total cost! The salon said that the treatwell prices were nothing to do with them and that treatwell set their own prices and take commission. 30% commission seems ridiculous to me; and surely the commission for the website should come from the salon? Don’t use this website - check prices and book directly!
Nice eye-brow threading / wax at Lily Nail & Beauty by a very sweet and friendly member of staff, No complaints and excellent value for money. The only thing I would mention is that staff should probably be aware in advance that it is a Treatwell booking for a specific service and paid in advance - it felt a bit awkward trying to explain that I didn't want, hadn't booked for and didn't have time for a full HD brows service. But overall a good experience. Thank you!
The venue doesn't look much from the outside but the massage was really good! The therapist really worked on my shoulders as I they were very tense and she also did a relaxing scalp massage.
