When I arrived for my appointment I was told that they would need to cancel my booking through Treatwell (which I prepaid for) and retake payment of a higher amount. So basically trying to price gouge customers when they show up for appointments.

do they look good? yes. but the atmosphere was unwelcoming, the lash separation was okay, and more importantly, my eyes are hurting when i brush the lashes. i’ve gotten lash extensions before & this is not an allergic reaction but whenever i brush through with a spoolie, the lashes hurt my lash line. it looks okay but i wouldn’t recommend.

I was very late to my appointment as I had never been to salon before and I just moved to Liverpool so I don't know my way around, the girls were very accommodating and understanding when I arrived T the salon. I am in love with my new brows and will deffo be back. It is the first time I've ever had my eyelashes tinted the therapist done a great job I just don't think it's for me but that's nothing on the girl that done them
I will definately be back. Its a lovely big salon. Thank you very much girls
