I booked the first appointment of the day - was informed upon arrival my appointment was running approximately 30 minutes late. Booked through treatwell (as always, as I always used to use this salon). After waiting 45 minutes for my appointment, was called over my staff who left the bed and began whispering with colleague. She came back and informed me that she couldn't do my brows as I was a repeat customer as their 'boss' only accepts new customers now via treatwell (I was at no point informed of this). Appalling service, appalling. There are plenty of places to get HD brows in Liverpool, and I would recommend this would not be one of them.
When I arrived at my appointment I was a few minutes late, but Emma, my waxing artist was also running late. She ended being about 30 minutes behind but apologised and did an excellent job on my brows. She was efficient and took care to keep my shape consistent.

Staff in the shop were very professional and warming.
Just a note that should be on here though it should tell you the price is more if you pay at the shop and not when you book on the website.
This has happened to me before when booking another service through treatwell.
