Appalling customer service- I booked a wax two weeks ago and got a call two hours before my appointment saying their booking system wasn’t connected to Treatwell properly and all slots were taken. Offered an appointment at a different time but I am in work and had booked in advance ahead of a holiday. When asked why they hadn’t called sooner they replied there were a lot of Treatwell appointments to get through...? So disappointed and frustrated and had recommended them to a friend earlier in the week! Ring to confirm if booking on the app or get caught out.

It’s very easy to just go to a nail place you know of heard of but I’m glad I tried Treatwell and it brought me to here.
