Therapist was really nice and professional. my only problem was the lashes, I paid for 5D Russian lashes and got something else. I dont think there worth the price I paid.
Lovely salon and staff. Thank you, Jen, for my fabulous nails!
The staff were very friendly and polite , and my wax was great , Halle was very quick and precise, will definitely go back
The staff was lovely
I wouldn't recommend this salon to anyone. I turned up on time but the therapist wasn't ready. When we got to the room I was told that they were out of tissue so I would have to be okay with towels. Which I said yes to, thinking they were new towels.... it was only after I spread the towel out I noticed that there was already wax on the towel. I folded it so I wouldn't make contact with it. I wasn't offered any wipes (not that I needed them, I'd just showered, but I thought this was standard practice.) When the therapist actually came back into the room (like 10-15 mins later) she realised she'd forgotten gloves so disappeared again. By the time she actually started my appointment it was 20 minutes past my actual appointment time. I noticed was that the therapist didn't change the stick for the entire duration of the wax- personally I've never seen this happen and wasn't that comfortable with it, mostly because it's double dipping! The whole area was messy as well, with wax getting all over the towel. Once the waxing started, the wax was ridiculously hot so she turned it down but still used the really hot wax! The therapist kept going out of the room rather than just continuing with other areas to wait for the wax to dry- this was so odd as she could've just done the area in bits rather than effectively coat everything in one go. It made for painful removal as well, and just a really unpleasant experience. She was completely distracted through the whole appointment and made me feel like I was imposing on her by being there. I had to ask her to go over several bits that she claimed were done, but they weren't when I felt them. I didn't get a chance to check the final job she'd done because she was in such a rush to get to her next client that she kept coming in and out of the room while I was attempting to check everything and get dressed. I also noticed she took the same towel in to the next appointment that I'd been given, which is, frankly, disgusting. Lastly, turns out she hadn't done the job properly anyway as I'm still left with bits that haven't been waxed properly and there's still hair there. I'd avoid going here unless they sort out their waxing technician (and teach them some form of customer service..) and their hygiene.
