The waxer double dipped! Did not change the spatula once, put me at risk of serious infection. Towel was dirty and the tweezer was not disinfected. So disgusting. I booked this place based on the amazing reviews, and I don’t understand how it’s so highly reviewed. Pretty sure there were major health risks throughout the process. I now have to go and get tested to ensure that I haven’t caught anything from this rancid place!!!

Absolutely amazing! Had a full Hollywood wax done with Jen and I gotta admit, I'm terrible with waxing. It hurts like hell every single time, so I was dreading it a bit but what a nice surprise this was! Jen is super friendly and supportive, makes the whole experience so much nicer by talking you through it all and the peel wax is so much better than the traditional strip one. Leaves you so so smooth and not irritated at all! Honestly, can't praise it enough!
