Booked as a last minute appt. They phoned shortly after to say they were double-booked (they have a seperate diary to Treatwell) and I had to rearrange. The pedicure itself was ok, I enjoyed the foot scrub and massage and the staff, in particular Jo, were lovely. The shellac polish looked ok when I left but when I got home I noticed the filing of the nails and the evenness of the gel polish was not very good. One of my nails is broken under the gel and I have gel polish under my nails/ on the side of the toes. I’ve also had to file some nails to stop them catching and I’m not sure the polish will last very long. Overall disappointed for the price paid.
