The overall treatment and in-salon experience was lovely, however after only having had the ‘dipping powder’ gel on for 4 days, my nails look a state. The top layer has peeled off, they have chipped, my cuticules were not touched during the treatment & edge around my nail bed is so messy. Charlie was friendly, but when I called to express my disappointment, the best solution they could offer was for me to return and at an additional (!?) cost they would redo them. Fair to say, I won’t go again.
