The lady was very friendly and polite, made me feel comfortable and carried out the treatment very quickly. Unfortunately, almost all of the lashes fell out within 4 days. It was meant to be a holiday treat however by the time I got there I only had a few single lashes left in the middle of each eye. Not a good look at all.
