Not a good experience. Staff weren’t wearing masks, not covid compliant. Constantly got told I was over washing my hair, one time is enough to be given the advice, it felt quite judgemental. Products used (if any!!) were of low quality, my hair felt worse leaving. Got told when I arrived as my hair was thick I’d had to pay more than what I’d already paid on Treatwell. Didn’t feel confident whilst my hair was being treated and ended up with frizzy dry hair and not the cut I asked for.

I have been coming to Lilit for almost 2 years now and wouldn't go anywhere else. Waxing is always quick and painless and Lilit is really great at making you feel at ease. Would recommend to anyone! Unfortunately because of the recent Gov. changes, I was not able to get brows done but I can confirm that Lilit is amazing at brows too!

Great haircut. Lilit's sister was actually the hairdresser (didn't catch her name - sorry!) and she gave me a consultation and further advice on what my hair needed (without trying to sell me the products). The cut was wonderful and great value. The only criticism is I was asked to pay an extra £7 on top of the £28 as I have longer thick hair - still great value for money but would be easier to pay this in advance. Will definitely be returning :)
