Blonde came out incredibly brassy and looked awful, have had to use so much toner at home.
Hair was barely cut, anything I asked for,I was told wasn't a good idea.
Kept being told how bad condition my hair was in - when hairdresser's have been shut for so long and losing a job during lockdown meant hair wasn't a priority
She kept taking off her mask during and saying how hard it is to work with a mask on which made me feel very uncomfortable
Won't be going back
