Kaz is brilliant! She is welcoming and personable, and made some really great suggestions for what to do with my long hair that had not been cut for ages. She also understood straight away how much time / capacity / interest I have in daily styling (almost none!) and gave me an excellent quality cut suited to my life. I now have a fabulous haircut and a half head of highlights and I am getting so many positive comments from people too!

Was okay overall. Just tiny issues like water kept pouring down into my ears and on my face during hair wash and it was a discomfort. Otherwise it was good.
