They were really good and accommodating! I had to leave work late and they waited for me for 10min. They were really kind when I arrived calming me down straightaway. Sepi did my feet and hands 10/10; she fixed my new baby toenail, get the manicure to a perfect shape and she was really professional all way through. Could not ask for more!

This was the most expensive nail appointment I’ve ever booked, yet one of the worst experiences. The manicurist removed my cuticles by tearing them instead of using proper tools, which left three of my fingers bleeding. I felt rushed throughout the session and wasn’t even given time to properly choose a colour. Even though I was willing to pay extra, the strict time slots meant I couldn’t get what I really wanted.
Sadly, I was disappointed by how the business managed time. Not recommend
