This was the most expensive nail appointment I’ve ever booked, yet one of the worst experiences. The manicurist removed my cuticles by tearing them instead of using proper tools, which left three of my fingers bleeding. I felt rushed throughout the session and wasn’t even given time to properly choose a colour. Even though I was willing to pay extra, the strict time slots meant I couldn’t get what I really wanted.
Sadly, I was disappointed by how the business managed time. Not recommend
