It was my first time at Lili London. I felt really welcome. The venue itself is lovely and clean and all the staff are friendly and competent at their job. I normally leave nails shops disappointed, but I was really taken care of. I had a spa manicure and pedicure and my nails are immaculate. I will definitely be returning and telling others to go Lili London.
