first time for me in that place. I’ve booked for a shellac manicure with French,when I went there I said I had done BIAB the time before somewhere else and if was possible to do same I was happy to pay more, they said yes… They never asked me if I wanted to drink, I’ve waited 24 mins to then hear from the lady doing my nails that choosing another service she was late with next client?.. also the French is very large,she never asked me how I wanted it.. and no time too to fix, a bit disappointed
