Gave me a completely different eyebrow shape to the one I requested. I showed her a picture of a flat slightly arched shape that mimicked my natural shape and now I have horrible round eyebrows that I have to wait weeks to get this fixed. Never coming here again!

Sepi was amazing. You can tell she has a lot of experience doing hair ups and she understood my vision straightaway. I was recommended to allow 2 hours for the appointment but she was finished in 1 hour. I would definitely book again for another special occasion.
