One of the worst waxing experiences I ever had I’m shocked because this place is so highly reviewed but I had an appalling experience. The wax heater wasn’t ready only arrival so cold wax was being applied slowed the process and was extremely painful, the beautician had poor technique and method to her application and removal. I was so uncomfortable. The wax lacked attention to detail was extremely inefficient resulting in a horrible experience. I will never recommend to anyone.
