Lilli charged me extra when I had already paid in advance and basically just told me how dry and awful my hair is. To be honest I went in there to feel better about myself not worse and I came out feeling dejected. I think it’s to make you spend more money on treatments. I’ve been before and it’s not been like this so obvs just trying to make money because of COVID. They do do a good job so if you’re less sensitive than me then go for it!
