I went in to get my hair 'fixed' after a bad haircut but didn't really know how to do it so booked the most senior stylist. My hair was washed and combed through and she asked how much I wanted cut off it. I obviously didn't know, especially when it was wet.
I tried to describe what had happened and showed her a picture as inspiration. The stylist was aggressive and impatient that I didn't know how much I wanted cut from it and that I was showing her a picture. Would not recommend.
