I booked blond highlights to cheer me up before going to hospital. Unfortunately I walked out the salon looking worse than I walked in. The hair dresser over bleached my hair, so when she took the foils off I saw parts of my hair where white. Then to cover it up she put a dark grey toner on my hair. I complained I didn't want grey hair but it was not fixed. Overbleach has given me bad headache for 12 hours. My family and friends hate my grey hair, I'm devastated :'( I want my money back!
