This was my 3rd time,unfortunately will be my last. 1st good, attentive and was pleased. 2nd pretty poor, but thought it may have been a blip. 3rd time makes me think the first time was the exception. Service wasn't attentive, not given anything to cover myself, skin not prepared, no cream after the wax applied. Hair either not removed at all, or regrown in 2days. Now I have nasty pimples/boils/ingrown hair down there. Never had anything like it in 20yrs of waxing. Won't be back.

I had a wonderful experience at this salon. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and made me feel at ease from the moment I walked in. They were very knowledgeable about the treatment, which left me feeling relaxed and glowing afterwards. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my experience
