I had my appointment with Ella on a quiet weekday afternoon for a wash and blow dry. She was very pleasant and welcoming, and did a great job with my hair. The only reason for not giving 5 stars across the board was because I found the chair/sink very uncomfortable when she washed my hair, despite trying to adjust it and switching to another sink. Other than that, no complaints at all.
