It was my first wax and I was really nervous because I usually have a pretty low pain threshold; Jane was so considerate and patient with me, she helped me to relax and went slow and gentle so I could manage the pain. I really appreciate how warm, welcoming and professional she was. I’ll definitely visit again for my next one :)
