the staff were really nice, but it was distracting hearing everything from reception and so I couldn't fully relax. great use of oils and music but the noises outside the room (phone going off, walking around, quite loud conversations) were hard to block out

Great massage, last-minute availability. Attentive and happy to focus on areas I wanted. Nice music. The only thing was that could hear people walking up and down on wooden floors outside occasionally. Otherwise, excellent experience, would go again.
