Staff was lovely but at first lady seemed not to know about my reservation.
Also, i booked eybrow and eyelash tinting as there was no option to choose just one. I had to pay for both even tho I just did teh eyebrows.

Very relaxing. The only downside was that usually when I have facials I have a hand massage or head massage whilst my face mask was on. Instead the therapist just sat in the room whilst my mask dried and it was a little off putting.
