My pedicure was average at best, but the manicure was poor. The cuticles were cut (3) and the varnish job was terrible. I told the manager (the manicurist had gone to another client) who arranged another technician, which was a bit better but I was rushed out of the salon and the varnish didn’t last the day.

My daughter felt at ease and comfortable, the only drawback was they didn’t have the earrings we chose so had to pick alternatives, but the ear piercing itself was good with no real problems. The shop did post after on treatwell that we were a ‘no show’ which wasn’t the case, but after contacting treatwell, they updated the system correctly.
