The therapist who did my pedicure was really nice - the room was very small and hot though and the seat was really uncomfortable. However, the young lady who did my manicure was a bit cold - barely spoke, made very little eye contact and seemed a bit bored and was talking to her colleague about having to leave at 5! Customer Service is SO important, shame that the young lady didn't really engage in any way. Sadly, I doubt I will be back.
