the room was gross, not clean as you'd expect from a treatment room,
the outer 'shop' was cluttered,
they were not expecting me despite my appointment.
the lady who did the treatment was lovely but she dyed my brows after waxing them and I had clusters of disgusting white heads all around my brows for six days afterward.
