I can not fault the staff. They were friendly and professional throughout. However, the salon has temporarily moved to beside the car park and it was incredibly noisy with people constantly walking through the “salon”. It was impossible to relax. I got a regular manicure (not gel) - the hand massage was the best I’ve had, but two hours later, the polish has already chipped and it’s gone really bobbly. Next time, I’d do it myself and get a gel done professionally.

Staff are really great, very friendly and caring, which makes such a difference especially when waxing. The venue is currently in a temporary room by the car park while shop is being renovated, but it’s been decorated well and I’m sure the shop is more private. Very flexible with on the day bookings and overall a good experience.
