The atmosphere wasn’t great as the premises were temporarily by the entrance to the car park. The wax was fine and the staff friendly. Overall I think it would be better when they are back in their usual premises.

I booked an appt over the internet and the price quoted for the treatment on the booking form was £15 for eyebrow and eyelash tints.
When I arrived I had to wait for over 20 minutes and my eyelashes didn't look any different after the treatment. I was also charged £23.00 instead of the £15.00 quoted.
I was also told the eyebrows would last up to 3 weeks and they lasted 2 days!!
