I have my eyelashes infilled every two weeks at lifeline and Rabia always does an amazing job, she’s knowledgeable and friendly and fast - would recommend!

My appointment was booked with the salon owner but I got passed over, without discussion, to another staff member. The room looked a bit grubby and opened directly into the rest of the salon - didn't make me feel comfortable stripping off with people sitting right next to the doorway. I wasn't asked about allergies and when I did say I had a potential issue the product was used anyway. A single wooden spatula was used throughout the wax - not the expected hygiene level. The end result was patchy and incomplete. Staff were friendly enough. I won't be going back.
