My appointment was booked with the salon owner but I got passed over, without discussion, to another staff member. The room looked a bit grubby and opened directly into the rest of the salon - didn't make me feel comfortable stripping off with people sitting right next to the doorway. I wasn't asked about allergies and when I did say I had a potential issue the product was used anyway. A single wooden spatula was used throughout the wax - not the expected hygiene level. The end result was patchy and incomplete. Staff were friendly enough. I won't be going back.

Came home with a few significant patches of hair that had been missed on the backs and bottoms of my legs. Lovely lady but not a good enough treatment.
