Confusion with booking when arrived, someone had changed my time manually but I had a confirmation and it wasn’t convenient for me, they squeezed me in but not with the person I was booked in with and she didn’t appear to know what she was doing. Did not do my cuticles properly and generally didn’t seem to know what she was doing. She filed my nails without cleaning them so when she’s was painting them there was lots of bits in the varnish, and thereby not good value for money.
