Jamie was a great masseuse who gauged just what I needed. Unfortunately the surroundings were not up to par. The scent in the room was stale and it didn’t smell thoroughly cleaned.
The bathroom was awful with a dirty sink; it was probably dye but the sight of black splodges all over the sink is very off putting.
The masseuse was also late which is fine in itself- but the lady at reception didn’t really tell me that until I had waited ten minutes. Customer service was also very average.
