This was my first massage and it was fantastic. Lieba is such a lovely person. I've been having trouble sleeping and she gave me lots of suggestions on how to help. Even made up some relaxing oils for me to take home.

Lieba has a lovely personality, she has traveled the world working in other countries and is now setting up in London again. I did not know until I tried this, but a Holistic massage is an individual treatment that is specifically tailored to each client. A holistic practitioner treats the client as a whole, taking into account their emotional and spiritual wellbeing, as well as their physical body. So Lieba asks various questions before and during the treatment to get to know you better, to work 'with' you rather than just giving a massage.

Amazing massage and masseuse! Prior to the massage, we had a 20 mins consultation to go over any pain, injury and areas that need special attention. The massage itself was fantastic - I will definitely be going back!

Lieba was a lovely lady. The reflexology was good but it was a bit too soft for my liking. If you like soft touch, definitely recommend her.
