I booked a 90-minute "Bespoke And Tailored" facial with Lidia in January. The facial itself was okay, but it was just 60 minutes long and Lidia charged me the full 90-minute fee. I wasn't too worried, as she said we'd be in touch via email and I thought I'd see her over the next few months. I figured I'd book another 90-minute appointment and ask for a 60-minute fee. Unfortunately, she's been inaccessible via email so I won't be going back. It was really disappointing!
