Alexandra was so lovely and I would absolutely go back for another treatment. My only reason for the low rating is because my nails have chipped already - I think next time I will need a few more coats of BIAB. The manicure was great and loved that my cuticles were cut whilst dry. This has elongated my nail bed and my nails look even longer
